Our SMS to Email Forwarder app operates directly on your Android device. We collect minimal information:

Email address you provide for SMS forwarding
Payment information (processed securely by PayPal - we do not store payment details)
Device information for app functionality (Android version, permissions status)

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for:

Forwarding SMS messages to your specified email address
Processing your one-time payment
Providing customer support

3. SMS Message Privacy

Message Storage: When you create a shareable link, your SMS messages are stored securely in our database (Supabase) to enable web viewing. This allows you to access your messages from any device via the unique link.

Email Forwarding: SMS messages are also forwarded directly from your device to your configured email address for immediate notification.

Access Control: You control access to your messages through optional access codes on links. You can deactivate links at any time to stop forwarding and remove web access.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your SMS messages are stored in a secure database with:

Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
Encryption at rest
Row-level security policies
Unique, unguessable link IDs
Optional access code protection

App configuration (email address, link settings) is stored both locally on your device and in our database for synchronization across the app and web interface.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

PayPal: For secure payment processing
Your Email Provider: For receiving forwarded SMS messages

These services have their own privacy policies which govern their use of your information.

We implement security measures to protect your information:

Encrypted transmission of SMS messages to email
No server-side storage of messages

Uninstall the app at any time
Change your email address in the app settings

Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
